We provide local currency shopping for each country we serve. Exchange rates are updated daily which may result in prices fluctuating. However, once your order is placed the exchange rate is locked in and the prices on that order will not change.


Shipping Carriers & Rates

We offer a wide variety of shipping options to suit your budget and timeframe. For most countries we ship via DHL and offer a range of services including Express, Priority and Standard shipping.


Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of the order. To see the shipping rate for your order please first add the items to your shopping cart and then proceed to checkout. Once in checkout you can obtain a shipping quote by entering your postal code and then clicking the "Get Shipping Options" button. Our free shipping offer does not apply to international orders.

Duties, Taxes & Fees

In many of the countries served by LuckyVitamin we offer at least one shipping option that includes pre-paid duties, taxes. Select this option to ensure that no further charges will be due upon delivery. If a pre-paid shipping option is not selected, or not available, then you the customer are responsible for paying any duties, taxes & fees that may be required. These fees are typically collected in your country by customs or the delivery agent.


Customs policies vary widely from country to country so please contact your local customs office or tax authority for information specific to the products you are ordering. Additionally, when ordering from LuckyVitamin.com you are considered the importer of record and must comply with the laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. We cannot be held responsible or accountable for any taxes, duties, tariffs or any quarantine fees or package warehousing fees assessed by your local customs office.


Problems with Delivery

Returned Orders:

If your order is returned to us for any of the following reasons we will refund your payment method for the product returned minus the original shipping fees and any additional fees incurred to return the products to our warehouse (including return postage, handling, storage and quarantine fees).

  • * No one available to accept the delivery
  • * Order refused by the customer
  • * Refusal to pay customs fees
  • * Refused by Customs

If the cost to return the items exceed the cost of the products then LuckyVitamin will instruct the agents to destroy the package and no refund will be available.


Confiscated by Customs Orders:

If your order or certain products are confiscated by customs due to the items being restricted then no refund will be available.


Lost in Transit Orders:

Some carriers and ship methods offer door to door tracking & insurance and some do not. Please read the ship method description carefully during checkout.


If the ship method description says "100% insured", you can be assured that your order will be refunded in full in the unlikely event that it gets lost. Fully trackable & insured ship methods include:

If the ship method description says "No insurance", LuckyVitamin will not refund orders lost in transit. These ship methods include:

Product Importing Restrictions

We do our best to filter out products that are restricted for import into the countries we service directly. Therefore you may see items that are available for sale in some countries but not all.


Restricted Product Message

However, due to complex and ever changing customs policies we cannot guarantee the items you are ordering are permitted for import into your country. Therefore, it is important that you first become familiar with the customs laws in your country before placing an order with Luckyvitamin. Orders that are seized or delayed by customs are the responsibility of the customer and not Luckyvitamin.


Order Value and Quantity Restrictions

Some countries allow the import of certain types of products for personal use only. As a result you may see messages on the website stating that the maximum quantity for a particular item or maximum value for an order has been exceeded.

Special notice for our European Union Customers

European Union Consumers: By ordering goods from GoInterpay destined to EU-member states specifically, services will be provided to you only after you explicitly agree to become Importer of Record ("IOR") and as such customs clearance shall be made in the name of and on behalf of you. As IOR, you agree to be ultimately responsible for importing the products ordered by you into the destination EU-member state and are solely responsible for the payment of duties, and taxes either at the time of sale if prepayment is selected or at the time of importation if prepayment is not selected. You hereby give a proxy or power of attorney ("POA") to GoInterpay's designated shipping provider for the customs clearance of products ordered by you. This POA authorizes GoInterpay's designated shipping provider's assigned customs broker to act on behalf of you. GoInterpay's designated shipping provider's intervention with respect to customs formalities may be done by a customs agent assigned by GoInterpay's designated shipping provider on your behalf. You hereby acknowledge to have understood the concept of IOR and the need of the POA and further state that the terms of the POA or terms of the purchase from GoInterpay and transportation conditions from GoInterpay's designated shipping provider are not unreasonable or unknown to you, that you have read them, understood them and further have agreed to them.
